Rachel joined SFW Partners, LLC in 2023. She graduated from Boston University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degree, graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998 with a Master of Social Work degree, and received post-master certification in Gestalt therapy in 2008.

Rachel worked for 15 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients with a focus on severe mental illness, domestic violence, trauma and child abuse. In addition, Rachel ran her own private therapy practice for 7 years including obtaining insurance authorizations, medical coding and billing, and financial and tax preparation.

After closing her practice, Rachel utilized her skills as a business owner to transition into a career in business operations and finance. She worked for 11 years as an Office Manager for a small manufacturer where she was solely responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation and human resources management.
