Rachel Goltzman

Accounting Services Senior

Rachel Goltzman joined SFW Partners, LLC in July 2023. She brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, private practice management experience, and operational finance skills.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Boston University (1995), a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis (1998), and post-master certification in Gestalt therapy (2008). She recently completed a Master of Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from Louisiana State University Shreveport (2026).

Rachel spent 15 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in severe mental illness, domestic violence, trauma, and child abuse. During this time, she operated a private therapy practice for 7 years, managing all business operations including insurance authorizations, medical coding and billing, and financial and tax preparation.

After closing her practice, Rachel transitioned to business operations and finance, serving for 11 years as Office Manager at a small metal fabrication company. In this role, she was solely responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and human resources management. She now applies her diverse skill set as part of the Accounting Services Team at SFW Partners, LLC.
